理事會設理事九名，理事任期三年，每年依各區規範可更選。理事會設會長、副會長、秘書、財務丶會籍、受獎者提名、網頁更新與資源提供、通訊公關募款及教學研習與學藝競賽等各項會務，以服務美東所有區域會員學校。
There are 9 directors on the board. Each director serves 3 years, and the term of service can be adjusted or renewed every year as per the policy of each region. The board of directors consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other officers responsible for Membership and Communication, Nomination and Award, Web site and Resources, Public relationship and Fundraising, Workshop, and Competition to serve all the regional members in the Eastern United States.
